What counts as one active request?
A single, clearly defined deliverable such as a set of social ads, one landing page section, or a logo concept.Larger or multi‑part projects may be split into multiple requests.
How are multiple brands handled?
Each brand requires its own subscription. You can maintain separate brand kits and design requests foreach brand. Within a brand, you can queue unlimited requests.
What’s the typical turnaround time?
Most standard requests are delivered within 24–48 business hours (Mon–Fri). Large or complex tasks maytake longer; we provide an ETA at intake.
Can I pause or cancel anytime?
Yes. You can pause or cancel your plan from the dashboard. Cancellation does not trigger refunds, but youcan continue using Orra until the end of your billing period.
Do unused active request slots roll over?
Active requests are concurrent, not cumulative. When a request is completed or approved, you can activateanother queued request.
Do I get source files?
Yes. Final exports and source files are provided for every approved request, subject to licensing restrictions.
Do you offer development beyond Webflow/Framer?
Our Apex and Enterprise plans include basic no‑code development. Custom coding or complex integrationsare handled as custom quotes.
How do we communicate?
Everything happens in your Orra dashboard. Each request has its own thread for feedback and file sharing.Optionally, you can connect your workspace to Slack for notifications.
